What guilds have you been in previously? Why did you leave?	I used to be on the Duskwood server before i re-rolled alliance, was with Horde Construction Co. before they disbanded and went to Tribute.
Our raid times are from 8pm-12 on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday. Can you make the majority of these raids?	Yes, I currently am transitioning into a new job so i will be working odd-ball hours for the next week where things will smooth out and i will have no issues attending raids.
How did you find out about Sol Invictus? Do you know any current members?	Animorpher, he is an old friend that i used to game with about 5-6 years ago.
Have you read the guild charter?	Yes
Have you ever undergone a name change and or a server transfer? What name did you used to go by and what previous servers have you been on under that name(s)?	Not on this toon.
What sort of previous raid experience do you have?	When i stopped playing on the horde side i was into Naxx 10/25 and Uld 10/25.
What sort of addons do you use?	Deadly Boss Mods, Bartender, Decurser, Titanpanel, Gatherer, Grid, Clique, Atlas Loot
Tell us a little bit about yourself. No less than 20 words please.	My name is Josh and i'm 21, I am recently just got out of the Army and am currently transitioning into new job as an immigration officer. I moved from Wisconsin to Colorado (love the Mtns.) I have a 1 1/2 yr old daughter named Raelyn.
What is your biggest weakness as a player?	Well i don't really know of any Weakness's as a player. I show up on time study the fights and do my part. Sometimes due to my daughter i may go afk when we get a chance to take a quick break for about 2 minutes for diaper changes! (I do not go afk during fights or without calling it out for permission)
Tell us about a time where the game made you frustrated; how did you handle it?	Well i view it as a game, it does not frustrate me often but one of the few times that it did i had a piece of gear that was ninja'ed from a pug i simply just took down the persons name and guild and reported it to there GM and let my Guild mates know to just stay out of there pugs.
How long have you been playing WoW? Have you played any other MMOs?	I've been playing WOW for about 2 1/2- 3 years now. I came from a series of first person shooter games and just got tired of no change. With WOW something new is always around the corner.
Do you have any alternate sets of gear? For example, any resist, healing, tanking or dps sets of gear for something that is not your main spec?	I am building a healing set, I am currently Main specced shadow and prefer it.
If you could change one thing about your class, what would it be?	Some better DPS output would be nice, we sit a little low on the totempole but hey i still manage to keep up!
What are you looking for in a guild?	Equality, fairness, maturity and fun!
Do you gear for raids, or raid for gear?	A little bit of both i like to think. I like to gear for raids to better my guild and myself for progression, and on the other hand we all raid for gear, but it's not always about the gear a respectable guild has the gear and the reputation to back it.

If we were to talk to your former guildmates, what do you think they would say about you?	For those who knew me would hopefully have good things to say, I was always a dedicated team player and a good friend.
If you were asked to sit out of a raid while another player was brought in, how would you handle it?	I would go Farm and listen in on the Raid! Everyone else deserves to play as well!
Is there anything else you feel we should know about you? Links to WWS reports for healer and dps applicants are appreciated if possible.	I covered just about everything, on a sidenote this is my first Alliance toon and i must say being a current casual with SI and playing on Thrall i have really had a lot of fun and enjoyed my current time with the guild.
